​I do not think anyone would pay that for the coin. The catalog values for Finnish coins are really low, the real price about 5 times more. As the mintage is something between 100 and 5000, and they are extremely rare.

How does a pattern coin get worn down to VF or even XF grade? By definition it is uncirculated, albeit possibly damaged from poor storage.
