Please help identify. Ancients are outside my normal area. I believe they are Roman.

Hi,

Better pics would help, so as the reverse pics.
Do you have the size ?
1st one looks roman 2nd century. The other doesn't look roman, maybe phenician.
But with only this pic I can't say more.
