How can I distinguish between the two? One is Vietnamese and the other is Icelandic...

Thank you.

Best regards,

It’s the same letter I think. In Serbian we also have the letter Đ

Search both in Google, you will yield different results.

Thanks though.

ICELANDIC: https://goo.gl/xyCWKZ
Why do you need to distinguish them?
Normaly you know which one is it by seeing the letter in its context : Vietnamese is very different from the other language who use this interdental consonant ;)
To not mix up each other; I do not want one of them to be ðồng while the other one is gleđi (joy) to show it clearer in lower case.

When capitalized, you do not know which one is which. Which leads to confusion.

Small issue though z|
Was't it said before anyway that for the catalogue we should only use lettering and names clearly understandable by anglophones?
Currency names should be easy for everyone to write and read. Same goes for rulers name.

Im pretty sure the Numista catalogue guidline show this rule.
