In all the counties in the world. In my opinion the US has the most coins cirulating that should not be there.

Ok iam a rare animal that still uses cash , everywhere. So I can get change. I all ready got 3 Canadian 1 cent coins. They have not been made from 2012. Other counties I have found ,in just 2018

And coins that are non-circulating coins I find in my change.

so far I have found 5 of the code talkers dollars. And 3 of the Sequoyah dollars in my change.
And 2 Ike dollars from the bank. The girls at the bank save odd coins for me,50 cent coins and dollar coins. And so does the store and gas station.

And silver been very good so far in 2018. I have gotten 3 of them so far this year. A 1968 D 50 cent, 1954 D 25 cent , and a 1957 10 cent . After the holidays there is more of silver in circulating.

I find it very odd that they all end up in circulating here. Don't get wrong, I love finding and looking for them It makes every day a hunt for something different. My little odd town makes for a great hunting ground.
But I still find it hard to believe that they are still out there. But if you don't collect coins they are just money
It is, what it is, or is it.
If you count Euros from other countries, then Eurozone nations will almost always find foreign coins (sometimes you get lucky and find a commemorative 2€) in change.
You would expect that Switzerland would be in a similar position as they were producing silvr coins even later than the US and they have the most consistent issues going back over 150 years. All indications though are to the contrary. Maybe they're further down the cashless path.

I reckon I could go to the bank with a wad of cash in the morning and by mid afternoon have a handful of wheat cents, some 75 year old niickels and if lucky a couple of silver coins. It's not a good return for the time and effort but it's nice to have the possibility of finding an occasional treasure in your change.
Non illegitimis carborundum est.  Excellent advice for all coins.

Silver is pretty much non-existent here Daryl. And, of course, you know how envious I am about your Cents. I used to get many US Cents too but with the loss of the Canuck Cent after 2012, nothing.

Like you though I have people on the lookout for me. So far in 2018......

Chile 50 Pesos and Cuba 5 Centavos (convertible).

On a lighter note, the young lady who cuts my hair is from El Salvador. She had her parents bring some change for me.

The 1 Colon on the left is known as the "mother in law" (I'm assuming in reference to its larger size).
It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble.  It's what you know for sure, that just ain't so.  Mark Twain
Hey Peter the mother in law coin has a nice wood grain . If you are looking for any US 1 cent coins let me know.

Lots of Mexican circulates for the similar sized US denominations. I worked at a bank and was always surprised at the bimetal coins here. I even got and old US large cent.

Haha, yeah; when I last went to Ams, most of the shrapnel I pick up (I have a keen eye for shrapnel) was German/Austrian rather than Dutch.
