I have started voting and had to quit before I was finished. Then when I returned to finish voting, had to look at all the rounds to see where I left off.

The program counts only one vote per person, all the latter votes are discarded.
I can add some functionality to get to know which rounds you didn't vote in. I can make such a list in the evening and post on the Free Discussion forum.

Maybe the better option would be to notify the user who participated in voting in PM that he missed voting in this or that round.
