Add "comment" functionality to swap item

Sometimes when I manage n swap at same time I miss the comment action ( as in coin section) to create reminders/info for me hidden to other user

e.g. I have to send, I have to do a ping, It was sent X days ago, certified sending...

avoiding to click on each swap item to verify how it is.
