Help identify please - Old Muslim Stamp [opgelost]

Hi everyone, Apart from my Coin collection, I collect Banknotes and Stamps.
Yesterday while I was organizing some new stamps i found this one and I dont know anything about it.

​I used to collect stamps a loooong time ago and I still have the Scott book in DVD. It is from the Republic of Turkey and was one of the first stamps issued by the republic in 1923:
