I found a 1904 dollar coin from there in the summer,
it has an amazing design and I cannot wait to read about its
country's history.
Well done!

Was the Israel doc edited yet? I noticed that the Mil/Prutah series is missing. Each one of these series was unique and addressed different times of the countries small modern history so they are important to the article.

It has been edited but it may need a little more work done. You will find that the Mil and Prutah series has been referenced under the heading Palestine Pound as the Israeli mil coins and the first prutah coins were struck when Israel was still using the Palestine Pound. The prutah is again referenced under the heading Israeli Pound/Lira as the prutah was also issued under that currency.
However, prior to 1952 but after the Palestine Mandate currency Israel had a series of coins minted. It was a separate series of the Palestine pound.
Israel 25 mil (ISRAEL'S FIRST COIN)
Date introduced: October 1948
Israel 1,5,10,25,100,250,500 Pruta/Prutot
Date introduced: 1949
As a matter of fact the 250 & 500 Prutot coins are only issued in 1949 and have nothing to do with the 1952/4 Series.
The above series of coins is a totally separate series of the Palestine Pound and Lira Series mentioned in article. I would have thought that Israel FIRST coins to be minted would get an honorable mention and a separate category. If anything I would remove the mandate coin section as those coins are not really Israeli issued but rather it was just used to fill a vacuum until Israel was able to start its own coinage.
Citeer: "Australian Coin Info"I’m currently away traveling in Israel. When I find the appropriate time I will rewrite a part of it to make it all look better.
enjoy your trip. I was in Israel just a few weeks ago. Have fun!!
