Identification needed [opgelost]

I know it's German, from 1918, but I have no idea if it's actual currency or some sort of military money or something, because I can't seem to find it's pick number. Can somebody help identify this please?

And also this one.

Both are notgeld; emergency currency issued by local municipalities in lieu of 'real' currency. I can't identify the pick numbers because I don't collect notgeld notes, though.
That's a start. At least I know what it is. Thanks.

Does anyone know if these have a Pick # or if its even considered currency??
Notgeld is not listed in SC WPM, so therefore that have no KM#.

When collecting Notgelt, you will find most generally, they are listed and cataloged by the municipality that issued it.

AND .. Yes, they are considered currency ....

If you do not want them, send them to me and I will reimburse you for the postage ...  !!!

Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...
Thanks, derf, for further advancing my knowledge about this. I do like them, and might have some more as I am still going through this old lot that I got from somewhere a long time ago.

As for sending it to you, in your own words, it may not get to you at all :)
