Not sure if this has been suggested before, but an app for Numista would be pretty good. I find the mobile app experience better than the mobile browser experience.

Why do you need an app when the website is responsive and perfectly designed for mobile use.

But, there is an unofficial Numista app for Android that is in alpha phase. Read more here
