Yes indeed: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic66311.html
So the coin is not yet determined.
I hope someone knows more about this nice thing!
That arm and sword, can it be on scottish coins?
This is what I found till now: Generally, an armed arm is the symbol of a commander, an arm with a sword belonging to a chief-commander.
The arm with a dagger, used in hand-to-hand combat is the symbol of a warrior in general.
In Ireland this symbol appears in the coat of arms of Ireland that appears at the beginning of the 15th century.
That symbol can propably be found in the book : "Ulrich Richental: Chronik des Konzils zu Konstanz, 1414-1418." (see pages 194, 236, 338 similar weapons) https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ulrich_von_Richental
The coat of arms is divided : half a black eagle and red, and an armed arm in white sleeve, is attributed to King Wenzel in Ireland and Scotland.
In the Irish Republic of 1922, this weapon was used in Connaught in modified colors.
A similar weapon is attributed to Croatia in the same Chronicle of Ulrich von Richtental.
We can therefore assume that the arm with the dagger is meant as an emblem of an Irish or Scottish ruler, used as a helmet sign.
Whoever is the one under whose responsibility the coin is minted can not be considered. The legend "MAUS HORTIS does not help a lot.
With this information I am going to browse a douzain books, because that coin intrigues me very much!!!!
