Well if it is more worn than an unc coin it shall have less silver ​

​Actually yes and no. "Selling price" for bullion silver is 0.40-0.45€/g here in Belgium between collectors. In this coin there is for 9-10€ silver. For the common years for the 5f, if the grade is not very good, you can get them for silver value. 1873 is extremely common, maybe 10€ is a bit low for VF but fore sure you can find a VF 1873 for 12 i'd say.

​Here in canada no one in their right mind would sell that coin under 20$...

20$ USD or CAD ?

I think it is normal that belgian coins are cheaper in Belgium. They are easier to find.

When I lived in Poland, it wasn't so easy to find it below 13-14 EUR.

20 Cad but it's a bare minimum. 25 would be more probable.
