making changes to current data

Hi every one,

I have been collecting for a while but have only been a member here for a little while. I was entering some Canadian 25 cent pieces and realized that we are missing a lot of data. During the Years 1992, 1999 & 2000 there was a coin minted for each month. Then from 2001 til now it looks as though there were several minted for each year to current. How do we go about making that huge of a change to the system or is there a system admin we can contact to make these changes?
