Help! I cannot add coins to my collection?!?

I search for a coin and find it. Now how do I add it to my collection? The only check boxes I see are "I want this coin" or "I don't want this coin"?

I had a similar issue when adding a coin to my collection as well. I then found the button to click below the two that you noticed. Next to each mintage year I found a symbol with a downward facing arrow that you click to add a coin from that mintage year. It will open a dialogue box where you enter the information for the coin you are adding.
