I can't be the only one who's seen lots of these while Googling numismatic-related topics, right?

I'm wondering who made them; they seem to be relatively standardised, but some have details others are missing, and I've seen them in French, English and German. Some of the French ones have reference to "national pavilions", so perhaps some were issued in a World's Fair? (likely the 1900 Exposition Universelle)

Also they seem to have been issued over a period of a few decades, from the 1890s to the 1920s at least. I'm not sure how accurately they reflect circulating coinage in a country; for example the Canadian one (top right) has the legendary 1911 Canadian dollar coin, which as far as I know never went beyond a trial strike. The American one (bottom centre) depicts a Trade Dollar instead of a Morgan dollar as well.
I would love to get them one day!

ROMA AETERNA
A particularly weird (read: horribly inaccurate) one:

Titled "Empire of British India and Ceylon", it has East India Company Rupee coins from as far back as 1835 alongside Ceylonese coins from the first years of the 20th century (the 50 cents has 190x date). B. But absolutely no post-1862 British India coins.

So inconsistent indeed..

Nevertheless those are fun artefacts. And the exchange rates are pretty accurate!
Has anyone actually seen any for sale in coin/stamp shops?

Also, a while back there was an article about how Ottoman coins could be frequently found holed; here on the Ottoman Empire's postcard you can actually see how they've chosen to depict some (older) holed coins!

I personally love them, they are a fun way of expressing all the types of coins in circulation which is aesthetically pleasing.
