Hello all,
I've noticed that on some of my Thai 1 baht's (1986 - 2008) some of the dates are thicker than other dates from that same year, any idea why?
I can't take photos sorry.

It could be a way to identify mints. I know that South Korea produced Thai coinage. Perhaps others did as well.

In the comments section it mentions variants in lettering thickness. I'm not sure if it's just die wear or if it's indication of something though.
