Automation of reduction in Swaps on the road

When you see a member's profile, it shows Swaps on the road.
The explanatory indicates that a swap remains on the road until both sides rate the swap after successful swap.
It also indicates that swaps confirmed but not rated for 45 days are not counted.
Also, it gives an implied warning that too many Swaps on the road means that person does not send the agreed coins.
The swap monitor, which is a digital dashboard of member's activity, has only four milestone events.
They are 1. Open 2. Under discussion. 3. Confirmed 4. Rated.

There are cases where delivery, sent with tracking number, was received by receipient after more than 50 days.
There is a provision for tracking number being tracked and it should be possible to see which member has sent and which has not sent or
There are cases where the post office delays are tracked and no movement takes place for several weeks.
