Angola, Armenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guernsey, Honduras, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Kazakhstan, Laos, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Nepal, New Caledonia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands, Uganda, Uruguay, and Zimbabwe each gained one new member.
