Spots on modern silver bullion

I have a few pieces of silver bullion that have come up with these spots of discoloration and I was wondering if anyone knew how they were formed. I purchased them all from a reputable bullion site and I have never removed them from the capsule.

Those are "milkspots" and are the result of a faulty cleaning job of the planchets. Sadly you will see them most often after you bought your bullion because they need some time to form.
Milk spots whoah, learned a new thing! Either way even with those spots, beautiful coin pearcem :)

I think I will have chicken for dinner after seeing this coin :P
Yeah nice coin but still an anoyance ... could also be that the person putting the coin in the holder touched it without or with dirty gloves. There are quite a few sources of contamination on a coins way through the mint to your home.
It looks like plated silver.

Maybe it`s the photo but it seems the brass or other alloy is showing through.

The edges on your coin seems to missing detail at first glance. Or maybe it`s not visible in your photo...
