Catalogue broken? Error message when modifying? [opgelost]

I have tried several catalogue modifications recently and keep getting the same message:

Error
The database encountered a problem. Please try to refresh the page in a few minutes (press F5). (MySQL 24-Jun-2018 10:56:15)

Looks like this has been happening for the last couple of hours at least. I have things to do now so will come back to this later and hope it's working ok.

Same here. I was modifying a page and got an error message ...

I have informed Xavier yesterday and he fixed it. Seems to be happening again.
I will re msg him now.

I was changing a new page where someone put nothing in 'Issuing authority' box
and I was putting it in *Tokens*

Again there seems to be an issue when adding new coins to the catalogue, I get
400 Bad Request
