Hello
I have two 1 Cent - Victoria 1874 Straits Settlements coin.
All these coins are Medal alignments coins.
But I have 1 Medal alignment and 1 coin alignment.
Any info?

Those are very common, and can occur with the reverse being aligned at any degree in relation to the obverse... I have lots of coins with kooky alignments.

Y'all are confusing alignment with die rotation. The former is intentional and a variety, not an error, the latter is a mint error.
Non illegitimis carborundum est.  Excellent advice for all coins.
