Nurnberg Private 10 PF Token/notgeld Catalog Help Needed [opgelost]

I have tried to identify and catalog this token. I believe it is a private released notgeld that was produced for/by the Herbst & M. Ostertag Baugeshaft. It is not present in my copy of Funck nor have I been able to find it on Numista. I do not have a copy of Lamb nor Upton nor Menzel. Can anyone help me identify this notgeld and its catalog identification?

Not in Lamb, since it is private notgeld.
Upton (Emergency Coins of Germany, or ECG) also lists two varieties for the 10 pfennig, so I cannot tell if this is Nurnberg U (or ECG) 38 or 39.
