Arabic coin to be identified, possibly Egyptian [opgelost]

I've searched everywhere to try and identify this coin, and couldn't find anything. As I don't read Arabic I can't figure out the date either, I've tried google translate but to no avail. It looks like some other Egyptian coins I have but I could be way off.

it is approx 1 ¼ cm in diameter, not sure Of The metal, possibly bronze.

But if it is 12.5 mm as you say, that is impossible.... no 10 Milliemes coin was ever that size. Perhaps an imitation or play money of some sort?
