Some sort of Charms, or ? [opgelost]

I couldn't find anything on these. The Morgan is for size reference. They're not silver, and also I'd like to know the translation. They remind me of my mother and father in the days of courting. I was born in 1959, so that was a while ago.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks, John
Hi john, these are Islamic pilgrimage tokens 1920 to 1960, I have several, Malaysia I think, good luck or magic tokens from what I have found out

I agree with lainmac; I found these similar tokens on CoinQuest:
http://coinquest.com/cgi-bin/cq/coins.pl?coin=16931

I like the disclaimer they had for the values underneath it:
The sentimental value of these tokens may send prices very high. The values quoted above are for tokens purchased by non-sentimental collectors.

:D
Yes, pilgrimage [yasin or yassin] tokens; here is another page with different picture ...
http://coinquest.com/cgi-bin/cq/coins.pl?coin=18214
also found this - very much like your first token (but no description) ...

and another site with similar described them as Indonesian Amulet / Talisman.

Also now found this site - again like yours plus butterfly reverse ...
https://oldmoney4me.wordpress.com/2014/10/21/syiling-yassin-silver-ori/
described as 'Token Yassin Silver Ori'.

No idea what the lettering is, and on yours the reverses have
۱۲۵ = 125 below ٤٤ = 44 and the other has ١٥١ = 151 below ۱۰ = 10 whatever they mean.
Token collector [1600-1899] with some coins
Thanks for all the quick responses. Exactly what I was looking for.
