From an ebay listing so I don't have any more info, coins provided for scale since I don't have measurements. Coin doesn't appear to be Constantinople or Misr Mints so it intrigued me and I'm curious to know what it is. Couldn't find it in numista.
It's not a coin, probably an imitation token (and judging by the hole, used on a belly dancer costume).
It's supposed to be a coin of Sultan Abdulaziz, with the ascension year of AH 1277 (1861); but the regnal year of 17 is impossible, since Abdulaziz was deposed in 1876.
