Identify an Arabic copper coin [opgelost]

Hi,
can anybody identify this coin? Based on the reverse title I think it's an Arabic. It's copper with diameter 17 mm.
If you can translate the text, that also could help me.

Looks like a Persian token. « مبارک » means "happy". Definitely not a coin.

EDIT: Here is something very similar in the catalogue. I now know that « مبارک باد » in Persian means "Congratulations!"
