2 cents Solomon Islands 2006 with markings

Greetings esteemed members! I have recently acquired this coin, which has unusual markings on reverse and obverse.
I could not find it in Numista catalog, and I wonder, if it's from a special commemorative set?
Please, help me to solve this mystery)

The page related says that 2006 is not official struck (counterfeit).

I very much doubt that someone would spend their time counterfeiting a 2 cent coin.

This particular year does not exist on Numista but it does on NGC:

So, here is an excellent opportunity to make Numista better by updating the catalogue! :-)
