Hello,
Can anyone identify this or at least give me some clue? One side reminds me of a Livonia solidus but I’m not sure about that...

diameter: 14mm
thickness: 0.3mm
weight: 0.75g
metal: billon?

Thank you!! I didn’t expect this to be such a nice piece. Its appearance makes me wonder a little about its authenticity, but it’s probably just how it looks being old billon?
