Portrait has a very pointy chin and strong jaw line.

Obverse subject described as "seated" but looks to me like "she" is standing up.

The bust is just wearing a laurel crown
Pointed chin is a beard.
It could well be imperor Septimius Severus (under Alexander the great)
I do not think it is extra fine.
The value is exaggerated.... (My opinion)
