Can anyone identify this coin?

The lettering that is legible refers to Daniel Tardy and Gloucester.

​​​​​​The value is 3 and inn, any assistance is appreciated

The reverse is partially illegible but some lettering is readable

Sounds like it's a British Conder token of sorts from the late 18th or early 19th centuries, but until I can enlarge the photos I can't say for sure.
