Canada 1859 1 Cent - 9 Type?

Hi All,

Can anyone familiar with Canadian cents please help me identify which variety 1859 Cent this is?
It's not in the best of shape so its a bit hard for me to dissect based off of the online guides.

Someone who knows more than me would have to confirm, but that seems like a low 9 to me. The coin's a bit too rough to be able to tell if it's double punched at all, but most of them were. There's also a near 9 variety, which it looks like you might have as well. There are a crazy number of varieties of this coin though, FAR more than Numista lists.

Anyone out there able to help or add to the above input?
