Israel 250 Pruta with pearl 1949

Hello :)
I came across evaluating and grading it , I took a look at NGC and I am a little bit confused about the prices they gave to both variations .
How much in your opinion is it worth and which grade would you give ?

I would grade it as XF (possibly a bit higher but hard to tell from images).
NGC lists value at $4.00. But a realistic resale value would be $2.50-3.00.

I guess, XF is ok. A nice coin, but I wouldn't spend more than 1 $ for it. KM#15 is a bulk-lot-coin-typ for me.

​I would agree on value/bulk lot type when it comes to the NO Pearl variety. The with pearl variety from ICI mint should be able to fetch $2.50. Not that we are dealing with a high value coin.... it's still worth noting the difference in value between with or without pearl varieties.
