That's alright - I can buy it for you here in UK, if you wish.
Then you can either pay me, or preferably swap coins of similar value.
Or we both add other coins to make a bigger swap.
So worldwide postage, but not worldwide listing. Maybe the seller did not realise the eBay restrictions.
OK - I have now bought and paid for the ribbon.
It is 10" long, the listing says. I estimate it will be here next week.
So between then and now I will look at your exchange coins.
There is a lion and two dragons, the lion is UK and the two lion are the germany & italy I think, but at first time, I was seeing an eagle, but it was a dragon.
It's a pretty medal, and do you know that it exists in silver? But the silver's version is for canada, and the cupronickel's version, for england.
I have just picked this medal and another one up at auction. I don't usually collect but after seeing this medal on another thread, I thought I would get it. The other medal is the defence medal...both had their ribbons!
I think you are right. £3 each, not bad at all. I think they are both Cupro-nickel, the third one is a coronation medal for the Borough of Maidstone, 1935.
