Got this in an auction with a bunch of other junk. Knockoff or real? I have no way of knowing other than it "looks" old, which of course means nothing.
Citeer: "Ctwink"Awww .... you were supposed to say it was worth $900...
I hope you did not pay alot for all these stuffs. It takes real study and knowledge to purchase one of these real ones. i got mine like SGD 10 bucks. I also gave one to my friend. He though its very expansive and i say no it cost less than 15 SGD with case.
Good + cheap + 100 Percent real stuff = not happening anytime soon
I even search online for these spade money and found so many replicas. If you want, i suggest you polish up until it show a bronze face an encase it and label replica.

To seek for perfection, it is too painful and there is a very high price to pay. To seek for something comfortable is more easy. To seek for nothing is even more easy.

The chinese really do know how to make a coin look old....
Totally agree. I suspect what they did is Bury the money and after awhile dig it up. It will have the same effects.

Mine was included in a junk drawer lot with a bunch of jewelry and other coins. The disappointing part is that the stupid jewelry was worth more than the coins. Oh well, just relist it on eBay.
