The reverse image with M looks like a double strike of the Byzantine ruler Heraclius 610-641 AD. It would be a bronze follis from the Cyzicus mint (under the line is KYZ) from officiana B (under the M) and year 2 or 3. The obverse is upside down. The three dots are part of breastplate.
