Hello,
It is a coin from the late roman empire. The reverse is CONCORDIA AVGG, mintmark SMKA (Kyzikos, first officina). It could be Honorius, Arcadius, or Theodosius. I think it's Arcadius looking at what's left of obverse legend but I'm not sure to a 100%.

I also think that it maybe Arcadius
The man that sold it to my was from
Bahrain. He listed it as Byzantine or Eastern Roman Empire. Arcadius was the Ruler of the Eastern Roman Empire.

I got a better view with a Magnifier and I see a definite o on the left side.
which makes it Honorius
