First one should be a dupondius of emperor Hadrian, one of the RIC 719 types. I'm not sure if it's fake of just very harshly cleaned, search for RIC 719 here:

Second coin is a 4th century bronze VIRTVS EXERCIT type, a military standard inscribed VOT XX with two prisoners. From the portrait on the obverse I guess it's Constantine I but it can be issued by a few different 4th century rulers. The name of the exact ruler should be on the obverse but your coins obverse if in very bad shape. You can find a similar coin here:
