Coin Niger 100 francs CFA 2015 Kiwi gold .9999 - official?? [opgelost]

Hi, people. I need your help. I bought this coin from Ebay and I was not able to register it here at Numista, because I did not find it here. I searched the internet and did not find any reference of this coin. Can anyone here tell me if this is indeed an official Niger coin? What is it that I bought??
