Roman coin Philip Arab - fake ?

Hello,

I need help with identification if this coin is fake or not. It is Philip Arab. I bought it few years ago from ebay, from Saxbys-coins. And after I have received it I had doubts about its authenticity.Because material is very strange, very soft that even with my nails I can scratch it.I read few days ago that Saxbys-coins was well know fake seller ;(.Diameter is 21mm, weight 1.92g. Unfortunately I have nothing about roman coins, so please help.
