Identification Token (Casinos Argentinos)

Hi everybody i am searching information about a token.
Basically i want to know the meaning of logotype.
I think the token was strucked in Santiago de Chile but was made to order by some company.

Someone know about this hypothetically company? or about some additionally information about the token?
