Reviera Restaurant Atlantic City NJ, Good For 20¢ in trade token information [opgelost]

Here is one that has me really stumped. I thought it was a civil war store card token, the seller thought it was also, but have been told on other forums that it probably is a token from the mid 20th century, but still no one has seen it.
I kinda think if it were a newer token, something would be found on it. I can't find anything on it.

Reviera Restaurant Atlantic City NJ, Good For 20¢ in trade
Please notice the spelling of "Reviera", not to be mistaken for Riviera. I suppose the spelling could be wrong on the token.

I searched this and other forums with no results, eBay doesn't have it, nothing on Google, nothing in the Rulau US Token book 1700 - 1900, tokencatalog.com and my general information Civil War Token Red Book has no mention of it. Even contacted the Chamber in Atlantic City and they have no clue on the Restaurant.
Has anyone seen or know anything about this one? Possibly year? Thanks in advance for any information.
What is the size of the token? I would definitely place this token as a 20th century token, probably middle of the century. (I would guess the 40's or 50's). I have several tokens with similar design. The designs from the 60's changed (font, size, etc) so I doubt it is that late.

I wouldn’t worry about the possible misspelling of the name. I have several tokens that feature misspellings of names and places, it was rather common as quality control wasn’t as high. (This is also why people do not pay much attention to die rotation for tokens either).

I also wouldn’t be surprised that there isn’t much information on it. I have many tokens in my collection that I have picked up for cheap out of junk bins that are not in catalogs or mentioned online.

The fact it has a state, name of town and name of business puts it out of the maverick category. In the past I have looked at census data, old directories and old news papers to try to find information on a token. A lot of these items will be on microfilm at a historical society.
I feel your pain. These trade tokens can make you crazy because they were minted for any merchant that wanted to promote business so you can imagine how many different ones were made over the years.

This is a good point. Depending on the merchant, 100 tokens could have been a normal minting run.

Thank you everyone for the replies! In answer to jadejackal's question, It weighs 2.8 G and measures 20.49 mm. I agree that it must be from the mid 20th century and I may never find out more due to the fact that the business is probably closed now or never was in business for long. I have contacted the New Jersey Historical Society and am awaiting a reply. After spending nearly 3 weeks of searching with little results, I've decided to move on. I'm going to submit it here as a token not listed. Hopefully if someone runs across more information they will modify the listing. Thank you again for your input.
