It is a completely strange issue, that the coin of a Korean country is not described correctly again.

The article
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6101.html

gives confusing lettering
1974

which was already substituted by checked and confirmed

1974

In which way the correct description can be restored?

It is fine the way it presently is. No need to write the same damn thing twice. This was resolved to everyone's satisfaction but yours.

It presents the lettering on the coin at the top. I wouldn't count text that's part of an obvious coat of arms.

A bit strange post

from a person who personally tried to restore the correct text (Posted: 29-Nov-2017, 02:36PM https://en.numista.com/forum/topic60900.html):
Citeer: "Oklahoman"(2×) has been added. Sorry it took so long. A shame you couldn't have typed (2x) and submitted the change. Every other North Korean page is on my list to be corrected. Or as someone submits the change, (2×), then the change can be approved sooner.

and appoligized for his delay.

But the article is unexpectedly spoiled again. It is a side note, but everybody is wondering, who is that person, who knows better than the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea what is written on the coin? Maybe that person just must dictate his will to the whole country openly and not in this hidded way?
And an open question to Oklahomaman. Who gave you right and how it was possible that you dared to name official symbols on coin
Citeer: "Oklahoman" damn thing
? What do you wish to achive with such humiliation?

Question:
how it may be returmed to standard and consitent with the rules way?

The standard way is
Lettering of the Obverse:
조선 민주주의 인민 공화국
조선 민주주의
인민 공화국
1974

It is simple.
The lettering on the coin is
1974

the instruction for referees demands:

"Include the small letterings like the engraver name and motto on the coats of arm."

As we see it is not a question of desire, ambitions, interpretations etc. It is just a technical question of solving the obvious contradiction.

In which way the correct lettering
1974
should appear in the article https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6101.html?

Would someone please lock this thread? Cyprusalexander is a troll that numista has allowed to be a pain for far to long. He is persistent and focused in his harrassment to the point that I havent been the ref for North Korea for sometime! And it is still me he harasses!

Please stop it Cyprusalexander.

Gentlemen,

It seems that this issue has allready been dealt with, and that the current situation reflects the result.

I do not think that translating the lettering of the coat of arm brings alot.

Besides, droppng names and functions, without any evidence seems a little bit childish.

I will therefore lock the post with the hope that it will be enough.

I wish a good year to all of you,
