Argentina Km# 110a, 1996 [opgelost]

I´ve found a difference between two 1996, 25 cents coins, in the fence of the top balcony of the tower,
one has vertical bars in the fence, there are vertical lines in the low half.
the other one has no vertical bars in the fence, the low half is smooth.

​That's interesting, since that is NOT mentioned in the Arg Janson catalog I have.... could you please make hi-res images of the both sides of the two coins and publish them here?
