Hello,
The Menzel catalogue N° for Notgeld and token in Numista are from an "old" catalogue .
In fact, for every new edition of Menzel the n° change when new coins are added.
In the digital edition "Sept. 2018" the ref for this coin is : 24102.1
The same problem exist for the Funck ref. but it's not so impacting as for Menzel.
How to manage this ref changing in Numista?
One possibility is to create for each new edition a new Men# catalogue in Numista. (Men092018, etc.)
Is this possible?

I guess there is no more than 1 edition per year, so the ref. could be shortened to Men18# 24102.1 instead of Men092018#24102.1
I see 3 possible management systems :
- Indicate each ref of each edition but if there is 1 edition per year it may be complicated and not very usefull
- Indicate only the last ref known or updated
- Intermediate solution : indicate 2 or 3 ref maximum... but it may be difficult to determine which one

sorry, did not see this post. I already came along the problem with the change in catalogue numbers and I am afraid, reference numbers are already quite mixed in the Notgeld section. I do not really see the problem in Funck, because there are only minor changes and those are indicated in the catalog. For me it is fine to name them in the comments for example. With Menzel you are totally right though. The only option I see is to separate these catalogues by version number. I guess most of the collectors do not own the most recent version which I was only able to get over the author himself.
