A low-denomination coin, possibly Turkish?

This coin might be Turkish from the Ottoman period, because on the obverse is the ‘toughra’ and ‘reshat’ inside a garland of flowers and leaves. Beneath the toughra, the current regnal year is given as ‘21’, while on the reverse, the accession year is AH 1293.

The reverse carries a large number ‘1’ with an Arabic inscription running round the coin’s circumference (which I can’t read). I don’t know the denomination except that it is '1 - something'.

The coin is silver-coloured, with a diameter of about 14mm and weighs 1.71g

Can anyone identify its country of origin and denomination please?

Thanks.

Yes, good lead to Egypt. In KM World Coins 1800s looks like Abdul Hamid II, 1/10 qirsh, AH 1293/21 (1895), Misr mint, KM#289
Yes. Thank you - it is a 1/10 Qirsh.
