It looks like the one on the left was unevenly struck so that details in the upper right are missing ─ the stars on the obverse and the "C" mintmark (?) on the reverse.
If I'm right, I don't think it brings much of a premium, but those who collect error coins may be interested.
NB: I don't know whether these coins are medal (↑↑) or coin (↑↓) aligned. That might be an objection to my diagnosis...

Still, the Italian coin was either unevenly struck or, less probably, struck with a filled die.
The French coin seems to have been struck with a filled die.
FrenchLover's spectacular error seems to have been caused by a partial collar.
