2 euro error??

Are they worth anything, maybe who know?

It looks like the one on the left was unevenly struck so that details in the upper right are missing ─ the stars on the obverse and the "C" mintmark (?) on the reverse.

If I'm right, I don't think it brings much of a premium, but those who collect error coins may be interested.

NB: I don't know whether these coins are medal (↑↑) or coin (↑↓) aligned. That might be an objection to my diagnosis...

French on one side, Italian on the other. Either counterfeit or victim of manipulation.

Oh, I see! I didn't notice the "RI" monogram.

Still, the Italian coin was either unevenly struck or, less probably, struck with a filled die.

The French coin seems to have been struck with a filled die.

FrenchLover's spectacular error seems to have been caused by a partial collar.
