Rulers County of tyrol [opgelost]

Hello,

Rulers for County of Tyrol.
The start is a bit complicated. There are holes because coinage under rulers who where emperors (Maximilian I, Ferdinand I, Rudolf II and later) differ only by the Tyrolean eagle and mint marks and are located in Austria Habsburg.
Any comment is welcome.

We cannot add a ruler of other country to coins in different ones. In other words, I will either not create rulers (in this case emperors) for Tyrol when they have no coins there (as they are under Austria-Habsburg) or these coins will be moved here. I believe first option is better, is that right?

Under the emperors, it is as Austrian coins minted in Hall.
