Islamic coin or imitation [opgelost]

This "coin" is coming from Morocco:
Silver, diameter is 21 mm, weight is 3,49 g.
This "coin" looks recent, no trace of circulation...
The arabic letters seems to be as per european imitation, and as I don't read arabic I don't know what is mentioned on it.
Need your help or your opinion on it.

Yes, a modern pseudo-imitation. The first two lines inside the circle on the second picture were "inspired" by the usual formula:

لا اله الا الله محمد رسول الله

As for the rest... ...

Note also the fake patina and the striation in the background which indicate a modern blank.
