Kallatis, duplicate issuer [opgelost]

I think these two issuers:
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/kallatis-1.html
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/kallatis_thrace-1.html

...are technically the same. Same Greek city, some catalogs list it in Moesia, some in Thrace.

Moesia// Kallatis even has Thrace Drachm as currency.

e.g. this coin, AMNG#196:

one is listed in Thrace, one in Moesia by different Auctioners. CGB even explains that Callatis was situated in Moesia inferior, even if it is listed in Thrace

I propose keeping them in Thrace, as Istros is already there.

But Moesia is more popular, it returns 685 pieces on acsearch, and Thrace only 381.
