Valuation and grade of 2 REICHSMARK 1927 J

See coin in photos. For sale at an auction.




From these photos, can we say something about grad? Is it a VF coin, and if so, what do you think the value is?

I agree that it is VF overall because of the obverse wear but the reverse looks XF to me. NGC values it at $160 full blown retail in VF because that year and mint are consider "rare". Please don't shoot the messenger but I wouldn't pay anywhere near that. It just depends how badly somebody wants it.
